Acceptable Use Policy

Tattoo Designer AI is built for one thing: creating tattoo design ideas and previewing them on photos of your own arms and legs. This policy explains what that covers. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Allowed

• Describing tattoo ideas, such as animals, plants, symbols, lettering and abstract designs.
• Photos of your own arm, wrist, shoulder, calf or ankle for the try-on preview.
• Downloading designs to show your tattoo artist or to plan your own tattoo.

Not allowed

• Sexual, sexually suggestive or nude content of any kind, including photos of nude or partly nude bodies. Try-on photos must show only a limb, with clothing covering the rest of the body.
• Photos of faces, or of anyone but yourself. The service is not a face or body editing tool, and it must not be used for face swaps, deepfakes or any manipulation of a person’s appearance.
• Photos of minors, or anyone under 18 using the service.
• Hate symbols, extremist or terrorist imagery, gang insignia, and designs that glorify violence or self-harm.
• Real people’s names or likenesses without their permission, and designs that copy someone else’s trademarks, logos or artwork.
• Anything illegal, or trying to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits of the service.

How we enforce it

Every text description is screened by an automated moderation service before any image is generated, and requests that break this policy are refused. If we find content that breaks this policy, we may delete it and suspend the account without a refund of credits used for it.
