These terms apply when you use Tattoo Designer AI at tattoodesignerai.com, operated by GKnows Labs. By using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What the service does

Tattoo Designer AI uses artificial intelligence to generate tattoo design ideas from a text description and, in the try-on mode, to show a tattoo on a photo of your skin that you upload. Designs and previews are visual concepts only. They are not stencils, they may contain errors such as misspelled words or odd details, and a real tattoo will look different depending on your artist, your skin and how it heals. Always have a professional tattoo artist review and redraw a design, and check every letter of any text, before you get inked. We are not responsible for any tattoo you get based on a design.

Tattoo Designer AI is an independent product. It generates designs using third-party AI models, including FLUX models by Black Forest Labs, run through Replicate. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those companies.

Your account

• You need a Google account to generate designs. Keep your account secure; you’re responsible for activity on it.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to collect extra free credits is not allowed.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Acceptable use

Your use of the service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular:

• Only upload photos you took of yourself.
• Don’t upload or try to generate sexual, sexually suggestive or nude content of any kind. This is strictly prohibited.
• Only upload photos of your own arms or legs. Don’t upload faces or photos of other people. The service must not be used for face swaps, deepfakes or any manipulation of a person’s face or appearance.
• Don’t ask for hate symbols, extremist imagery, gang insignia, or designs that copy someone else’s trademarks or artwork.
• Don’t upload or request anything illegal, violent, hateful, harmful or offensive.
• Don’t try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around credit limits.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your photos and designs

You keep all rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. You may use the designs we generate for you for personal or commercial purposes, as long as your use is lawful and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. Because designs are created by AI, similar results may be generated for other users, and we can’t guarantee they are unique or protectable.

Credits

• New accounts receive a small number of free credits. Each generated design uses one credit.
• If a generation fails, the credit is returned to your account automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred. We may change how many free credits we offer.
• Paid credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and purchased credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, and Creem’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• You can request a refund for unused purchased credits within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any design will be accurate, suitable or safe to tattoo.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any tattoo or other decision you make based on a design. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the service. If we make material changes, we will update this page and the date above. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
