Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Tattoo Designer AI, operated by GKnows Labs (“we”, “us”), collects when you use tattoodesignerai.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and a unique account ID from Google. We never see your Google password.
- Photos you upload. If you use the try-on mode, the photo of your arm or leg is sent to our server and to our AI provider to generate a design. We do not keep a copy of the original photo after the design is generated.
- Generated designs. We store the images we generate for you so you can view and download them. Each image is saved at a long, random web address; anyone who has that link can open the image.
- Purchases. When you buy credits, our payment provider Creem tells us which pack you bought and the order ID so we can add the credits to your account. Creem collects your payment and billing details directly; we never see your full card number.
- Usage information. We keep your credit balance, and our hosting providers log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and request times to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To sign you in, keep track of your credits and generate the designs and previews you request.
- To prevent abuse, such as creating many accounts to collect free credits.
- To respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not show ads, and we do not use your photos or designs in our marketing without your permission.
Service providers
We rely on these companies to run the service. They process data on our behalf under their own terms:
- Supabase: sign-in, database and image storage.
- Replicate: runs the AI models that generate your design or try-on image.
- Vercel: website hosting and privacy-friendly Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
- Google: sign-in.
- Creem: payment processing and content moderation. Creem is the merchant of record for purchases and handles payments, invoices and sales tax under its own privacy policy. It also screens the text prompt for each design (the description you type plus the style you pick) before it is generated; your photo is not sent to Creem.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies only to keep you signed in. While you sign in, your description and uploaded photo are kept temporarily in your browser’s session storage so you don’t have to enter them again; they are removed right after. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account and generated designs until you ask us to delete them. To delete your account, your designs, or both, email us at support@tattoodesignerai.com from the address you sign in with. We will delete them within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records by law.
Children
Tattoo Designer AI is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy. See also our Terms of Service.
